Daniel Vecino, Sevenclick and Confëttika CEO, will mentor the iWeekend Zaragoza startup meeting next weekend. iWeekend is an uncommon event, where entrepreneurs and technology experts gather together to found a new startup, born and built all over that weekend !!

Next iWeekend event is more special as its really happening over ten cities, so ten parallel meetings will be held, and ten new startups will be the result. The host cities are Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Zaragoza, Alicante, Castellón, Málaga, Sevilla, Logroño y México DF.

The agenda for iWeekend Zaragoza can be found here. Vecino´s talk is planned for saturday afternoon. I know I shouldn´t say this as I´m biased being part of Sevenclick as I am, but I´m convinced it will really worth it as he has too much to say on founding startups.

Campus Party is one of the greatest LAN parties of the world. Born in Spain, it even spread out to other spanish talking countries over the years, reaching Colombia and Brasil. Campus Party has never been so live.

However I feel a curious feeling (kind of pity?) each time I look at the TV news showing Campus Party like a zoo of freaks. I´ve been on Campus Party 2009 on the developers area, and I want to share with you a different vision of CP: conferences, workshops, competitions… a nest of learning and collaboration.

Today June 18th, Iniciador comes for the first time to Zaragoza. Iniciador gathers enterpreneurs allowing them to share experiences. This event wants to transmit the “enterpreneur spirit” all over the country.

Last tuesday the HTC Touch HD was presented in Madrid. The press conference took place in Shoko Club. HTC exhibited its new device like in a hollywood movie release ambience.
