
Seems to be that MobileMe service from Apple keeps having troubles. The new hiccup is that MobileMe users cannot access to their e-mail section. Apple has said in a bulletin that this is a known problem and that is affecting less than 1% of the users. Though, if we have a quick look at the Apple discussion boards we realize that actually there is an increasing number of users being affected without finding a solution on Apple’s support team.
Besides, some British users who signed up for a free trial of the service, have been charged in their accounts with 121 pre-authorization Pounds. Apple has “solved” this problem providing these users with additional 30 days of free service. So these customers can enjoy a total of 120 days trial service: initial 30 day free credit + 60 day trial + additional 30 day trial. This solution is ok, but would have been better not charging those 121 Pounds.
