With Theme builder you can start with a clean slate and build a brand new theme, or edit an existing one (ThemeBuilder sees all your installed Summerboard themes), it allows to change, the wallpaper, the icons and the Dock and Status Bar of your iPhone.
If you prefer an easy way to change your iPhone Theme, choose SummerBoard. It allows you to change your iPhone themes in a few seconds.
