Nokia, the nordic company, is (at least for me) maybe the best mobile phone maker, because of its products works really well, looks really great and combines style and usability like no other.
Some weeks ago Nokia showed Morph, the futuristic concept of a mobile phone which combines lot of gadgets in only one device. Now, other new concepts are appearing on Internet like Nokia 888 or Nokia Aneon, those show how the future of mobile phones could be.
If you want to know in which direction this field is going to, read this article. It is time to dream…

Morph can adopt many forms to be use as a mobile phone, as a multi-touch screen or even as a bracelet. Incredible nanotechnology concept which demonstrates the functionality that nanotechnology might be capable of delivering: flexible materials, transparent electronics, self-cleaning surfaces, ability to observe local environment and harvest energy.

Aneon probably could be reference for the next generation of Nokia devices, supplied with a multi-touch screen divided in 2 parts (maybe not the best choice). There are no more info about this concept, but i think that it is not the best way to follow.

Nokia 888 designed by Tamer Nakisci, is the latest concept released, very similar to Morph, this handset could feature a large multi-touch screen on the back side, and it could be use as a bracelet. It consists of a flexible touch screen and speech recognition system. It is supposed to run on liquid batteries to enable flexibility.
The future is unpredictable but think that the cellphone of the not so distant future might not be so unlike those concepts, maybe more like Nokia 888, but we must be sure that mobile phones will be in our lives as the only gadget we will need.
