Nokia opens Ovi to Apple

December 27th, 2007 by Jose Manuel Cristobal

According to CNN Money.com, Nokia’s management board member Anssi Vanjoki mentioned that Ovi is open to Apple. These are the exact words he said to Berliner Zeitung. “In Finnish, Ovi means door. And our door is open. Of course, Apple can get into our portal. We even invite  Steve Jobs to do so”. He also mentioned that iTunes would be a great enrichment to Ovi users.

Are you kidding me??? Why would Apple be interested in losing its dominant position in music market? I think that these words will remain as an anecdote. iTunes integrated into Ovi????
