Thanks to AppleWeblog we get to this new little toy for iPhone / iPod Touch. MobileScrobbler - a client for AudioScrobbler service - now allows to connect Apple’s gadgets to Last.fm social music website.
In first place, as you listen to music on your device, the application sends the title, artist and album to Last.fm website. According to this information, the service suggest new music, concerts and events to you.
MobileScrobbler can also stream Last.fm radio streams over wifi, and display artist biographies as your music plays.
Of course, the installation is through Installer.app, so you will need to have your iPhone jailbroken.
