Id Software achieved, back in the 90’s, a great sucess with computer games such as the Doom series. Later, they started developing mobile games quite successfully, even winning prizes such as the 2006 Interactive Achievement Awards Mobile Game of the Year.
Now, along with FountainHead Entertainment, id Software has launched Id Mobile. Id Mobile is a studio focused on developing mobile phone games as well as for portables such as Nintendo DS and Play Station Portable (PSP). Of course, while keeping the innovating style of all Id previous releases.
The company objetives are to design and create games for mobile platforms which left far behind the products currently in the market. Quality entertainment, innovation and fun are the key factor.
