M:Metrics launches a Mobile Advertising Service

M:Metrics starts Tracking Mobile Advertising. This is the third major product release from M:Metrics and it shows that its tracking service for mobile advertising is the most competitive.

“As advertisers are increasingly featuring mobile into their ad buys, they are clamoring for data about who’s advertising what, where and when” said Will Hodgman, president and CEO of M:Metrics. Moreover, he added ” It’s thrilling to see our vision manifest, as mobile emerges as an advertising-supported medium”.

Actually, a 15 per cent of USA suscriptors can already access news and information via mobile. With this data, advertiser’s attention is turning towards banner advertising.

“Mobile is showing a speed of adoption that we are only seeing in the internet”.

The service, at the moment, is only available in USA but it will rolled out to major European markets in 2008.
