Google Phone is closer…

More and more rumours and spreading all over internet about the almost certain coming of the GPhone.

A previous debate subject was to establish the GPhone either a iPhone or a Windows Mobile Competitor but now everybody is talking about the future struggle between Google and the mobile carriers.

It’s obvious that Google is suggesting a bussiness model totally opossed to the actual one, where applications can be freely used in every handset, especially VoIP (which is free and the carrier greatest threat). In addition mobile software develpment is gaining momentum day after day, with more and more people working in giving mobile phone a broader functionality. What will be the impact of this (almost) certain release?
