Audi is developing a prototype mobile called Audi Mobile Device. This new device offers 3G and WiFi connections in order to control all car functions both from the inside or the outside.
When out of our car, this device will connect to our vehicle to retrieve its status and report us about it. In case of robbery, the vehicle position can be tracked and a picture of the burglar can be taken.
Anyway it is still a prototype and it is uncertain whether it is going to reach the market…
