Vodafone offers Windows Live Messenger

October 1st, 2007 by Jose Manuel Cristobal

Starting from Tuesday 2nd October, Vodafone will start offering Windows Live Messenger service in their mobile phones. The application will come pre-installed in new mobile phones (6120, N70, N73, E65 y N95 de Nokia, Samsung i560v, Palm Treo 500 y HTC Master) or downloaded from Vodafone Live!.

The service will cost 50 cents per session or a monthly 6 € flat rate. Quite expensive in my opinion, as long as this is a free service in PCs Anyway, it can be a success if people start using it regularly. In my opinion, Fring constitutes a better option as long as it allows you to connect to different messaging networks at the same time

Just one more thing. How many people consider a mobile phone suitable for chatting? Apart from teenagers……
