After 2 days of veeeeeeeeeery little activity, I’m back just to announce that we are still alive. In fact, we are more alive than ever. We are very busy preparing our inauguration party that is taking place this evening at 6:30 p.m. There are lot of people invited, so we are taking care of every single detail. So, please be a little patient. Tomorrow we’ll take out the blogging activities again.

Great news from Kaz 911. OMTP has finally accepted Micro USB as the universal cable standard for connections and charging mobile phones. INCREDIBLE AND AWESOME !!!!!

This is the kind of announcements we like to read. It will eventually allow people to use just one charger for all their mobile devices. We hope that this initiative extends to other kind of devices like multimedia players, video game consoles, etc…

Unfortunately, Micro USB is not widely spread yet. Don’t confuse Micro USB with Mini USB!!!!

It was presented last January in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and then it seemed too futuristic to be feasible. But then Motorola signed up for the hardware and a few days ago a prototype was shown in New York.

In this video we can see how anything almost flat can be used as screen with good video quality even in lighted up rooms.
