After one month from the presentation of the Cupertino phone, the #iphone IRC channel have built the first unauthorized iPhone GUI application.
With a simple “Hello World” black screen, it is the first step to publish a complete unauthorized development environment. Maybe this actions make Apple change this oppinion about installation of real third part applications.
They have released the source for the demo app, buildable with the community-built toolchain and UIKit.
